Allen & Overy

Allen & Overy is an international law firm providing legal services for global business and industry. Wellbeing, both physical and mental, is one of our strategic priorities. Accountancy and business advisory firm BDO LLP provides tax, audit and assurance, advisory and business outsourcing services to companies across all sectors of the economy. For the last three years BDO has been using MIND’s 5 Ways of Wellbeing to help its people pay more attention to their own wellbeing and these have become the key pillars that support the firm’s wellbeing strategy, a key priority for the Leadership Team. Channel 4

Channel 4 is a British public-service free-to-air television network and a pioneering force behind changing the nation’s attitudes towards mental health. We are also leaders when it comes to addressing the mental wellbeing of our staff. 4Mind is our internal employee resource group which focuses on implementing internal changes around mental health. They also lead the charge on awareness of all aspects of mental health and encourage people to engage in the subject further.

Everyday Loans

Everyday Loans offer a range of solutions for those looking for some extra financial support. We have a very strong focus on mental health within the workplace, and have a Mental Health First Aider Programme, with 16 employees across the Company properly trained. They are also responsible for promoting good mental health within the organisation. We believe that by providing mental health training and support, and by continuing to monitor how our staff are feeling, we will help each other come together to build strong, happy and healthy minds.
